3. Orders & Acceptance
An order is accepted once you receive our confirmation. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, the address is undeliverable or fraud is suspected.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Purchasing Policy for shipping details.
6. Returns & Refunds
Food products cannot be returned once opened. Unopened items may be returned within the period described in our Purchasing Policy.
